Late cancelation fees:
A full fee will be charged for an unattended NDIS appointment.
A fee of $50 will be charged for non-NDIS appointments that are not attended.

IMPORTANT:
Assessments to inform diagnoses such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or Intellectual Disability are highly specialised and need to take into account many variables such as previous assessments, current involvement with other services, and the reason for the assessment and report.
Report writing and assessment are billed at $260 per hour.
An initial appointment will be needed for an accurate quote to be provided.
Typically, assessment and report writing will take 6 - 12 hours depending on their complexity.
Medico-legal assessments and Parenting Capacity Assessments are not offered by D’Avila Clinical Psychology.
Evidence to support Disability Support Pensions can only be provided following a course of treatment to demonstrate that the condition is fully diagnosed and treated.
Report writing is not funded by Medicare.
